How are plans measured?
By monthly sales, projects and team seats. Final limits will be published with pricing.
What counts toward a monthly sales limit?
Membership payments your members actually made, across all your projects, in each calendar month in UTC. We count the amount paid, before processor fees. An annual membership counts in full in the month it is paid. Refunds are taken off in the month they happen, and a month never goes below zero. What you pay us is not counted.
What happens if I go over?
We tell you at 80% and 100%, and suggest a bigger plan. There are no extra fees or automatic upgrades, your members keep their access, and your sales carry on.
Does PayPal renew automatically?
Yes. PayPal supports recurring subscriptions through eligible merchant accounts.
Who receives my members’ payments?
Creators connect their own merchant accounts. Their membership revenue is separate from the platform subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal, and you keep the time you have already paid for.
