Connect your Telegram bot

A bot you own brings your membership experience into Telegram.

1. Create your bot

Use Telegram’s BotFather to create your bot. Keep its token private and enter it only into the secure bot setup screen in your workspace.

2. Connect your private channel

Add the bot as an administrator with the rights to invite users and to ban members. Your workspace checks both before it manages the chat, and the Bot page says if either is missing.

3. Preview the member journey

Test with a private test channel and sandbox payment. Confirm payment verification, joining, expiry and recovery before going live.
